7 Days of Valentines's Day Looks: Day 4
It’s giving trophy wife.
Queen of the household.
An ex-corporate girlie that spends her days working on her passion.
A week before Christmas, I was laid off from a role that I had only been in for 6 weeks, and while it can be seen as unfortunate, I’m grateful it happened. I’m even more grateful to have such a supportive husband that encouraged me to go all in on my true dream that I’ve been putting on the back burner for so long. I’d consider myself a very low risk taker, so having a career where I’m making pretty good money, and also being a person that needs stability, the chances of me leaving a job on my own to pursue this dream was little to none. He helped me realize that. Told me he’ll work more so I don’t have to at all, and I’m so very appreciative of that.
I’ll always support an independent queen that doesn’t need or want a man, but if you do have one, make sure he’s a good one, sis.
Take a moment in the comments to let me know a reason or two why you’re grateful for your signficant other! After all, this is the month of love.
Another pink ShowPo dress making it’s way into your life. They’ve become my favorite place to shop as of recently, though they’re a little more expensive. The great thing about them is that they have a number of available ways to pay over time, so $200 is $200, but $50 every two weeks over a course of 2 months is a much better way to look at it. EGO, which is where I purchased the shoes, also have a number of options to break up your payments - that’s why I always buy at least two pair. These were bought at the same time as the boots that I wore in day 3’s look yesterday.
A truly rare sighting of me wearing silver jewelry, and the only reason being the rhinestones on the shoes. Dangle earrings were the way to go with this look, so thank you to TJ Maxx for having exactly what I was looking for. This gorgeous clutch is from Amazon, and added the perfect amount of extra color that I was looking for. The dress being a vibrant pink may be enough color for some of y’all, but I was being called to add just a little more. The clutch also comes with two chains that allow you to wear it as a shoulder bag. I personally hate not having my hands free, so I’d definitely use the chain more often than not. Keep in mind, that I am an Amazon Associate, and all qualifying purchases made through the paid link above allow me to earn commission.
I just realized that I said yesterday’s look was the easiest, but I actually think this is the one. Wearing it out VERY soon!
